Available online in denominations of NZD $20, $50, and $100, our vouchers can be combined to create a higher total value — for example, purchasing 2 × $100 vouchers provides a total gift value of $200.

Gift vouchers are delivered electronically and can be redeemed towards products and/or services purchased at Edges Art + Framing.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

These Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions apply to all gift vouchers purchased from Edges Art + Framing through our website.

1. General

1.1 Gift vouchers are issued by Edges Art + Framing and may only be redeemed for eligible products and services offered by Edges Art + Framing.

1.2 By purchasing or using a gift voucher, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.3 Gift vouchers are denominated in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).

2. Purchase & Delivery

2.1 Gift vouchers are available for purchase online in fixed denominations of:

• NZD $20
• NZD $50
• NZD $100

2.2 Customers may purchase multiple vouchers in one transaction to create a higher total value.

2.3 Gift vouchers are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.

2.4 It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly.

3. Redemption

3.1 Gift vouchers may be redeemed in-store at Edges Art + Framing, 4 Donnelly Street Havelock North.

3.2 Gift vouchers may be used across multiple purchases until the full balance has been redeemed.

3.3 If the purchase amount exceeds the voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

3.4 No cash change will be given for any unused balance.

3.5 Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, or used to purchase additional gift vouchers.

4. Expiry

4.1 Gift vouchers are valid for 36 months (3 years) from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Any unused balance remaining after the expiry date will not be refunded or credited.

5. Lost, Stolen or Misused Vouchers

5.1 Gift vouchers should be treated like cash.

5.2 Edges Art + Framing is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorised use of gift vouchers.

5.3 We reserve the right to cancel a voucher if fraud, tampering, or unauthorised activity is suspected.

6. Refunds

6.1 Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable except where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other applicable New Zealand law.

7. Consumer Rights

7.1 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.

8. Privacy

8.1 Personal information collected during the purchase process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

9.1 Edges Art + Framing reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time, provided any changes comply with applicable New Zealand law.
